Sosaku Hanga
Il sōsaku hanga, cioè stampe creative, fu un movimento artistico dell’inizio del XX secolo che aveva le sue radici nel desiderio dell’artista di essere l’unico autore della stampa in ogni fase della sua creazione. Il movimento sōsaku hanga si pone quindi in contrapposizione alla tradizionale struttura produttiva dell’ukiyo-e (disegnatore, incisore, stampatore, editore) producendo opere di profonda espressione individuale e fortemente influenzate dalle correnti artistiche internazionali.
